I attempted a Starbucks Cappuccino cake for my brother's wedding (groom cake)- (shape of a mug with whipped cream swirl atop flat brown tinted icing) but... well I'm ambitious and didn't think it was tall enough to require dowels for support... It looked awesome for a day then.... slid..... down....                                  LOL. Live and learn. My Starbucks insigina looked awesome though and WAS used on the impromptu cake! later made a cake for my sister's B-day, handmade tulips... turned out much better. (no idea if I still have pix of either... )
