This is merely an extension of the part III census on "loyalty" due to the desire of others to have one. For some, the vote may be identical whereas others may have a different vote. The results can be compared later!

Origins focuses on where your character was born.
Citizenship focuses on where they presently (at about the start of ARR) reside.
Allegiance focuses on which city-state/grand company they remain primarily loyal to.

Okay, seriously, why is Ala Mhigo not its own distinct option? It's hardly a unique or even uncommon character concept to be born there. Dodgy

Wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be one of the most common, since it works great with the game lore regarding adventurers.

Is it because it's hard to remember where the 'h' goes? >_>

Myal was born in Golden Bazaar, which was the main base of operation for the family's trading caravan for many years before they went bankrupt. After that she moved to Ul'dah.

I picked Gridania, but Manari was born in her tribe out in the far eastern shroud. But the Twelveswood is the Twelveswood, so I just chose Gridania, which seems more fitting than other.
