Also, if you know adds are about to pop soon, you can hold onto Spirits Within and Circle of Scorn and use those to help with snap aggro. A combo'd Savage Blade with Spirits Within on add #1 and combo'd Rage of Halone on add #2 has never given me problems.

I think I was still rejected.

I can't wait to take advantage of being able to help friends get accustomed to coil without having to deal with lockouts. But then it's still FCOB. People will still need to clear T9 to get there. Or T5 and T9.

Did you ever end up setting up that ls? It'll be quite useful the more people clear T9. No more need to stick with just your team every week.

But there're been so many times a BRD has done the healer LB3 to save the party. (I'm not even kidding here. It was kinda sad, but also kinda amazing).

I am totally looking forwards to seeing new LB and new LB3s for jobs though.

Ughhh yes I have. I have been unlucky to either not be searching at the right times or... not searching at the rugh times. Let me know when I can throw a pearl and I'll make sure to be available to do so if I can!

I know a variety of T9 strats now. And some I know don't work very well that people try suggesting

I'm looking forward to tank LB being reworked. The level 1 is all-but useless (healer LB would more than make up for the damage resisted, but then again so does medica/medica 2/ basically anything) and the level 2 isn't enough to warrant use over a damage version.

Aside from using it to help nudge progression on specific phases and (arguably still, given gear inflation) Ultima HM there's no reason for a tank to ever LB unless they're the last one standing.

Only places I've seen Tank LB used are...

1) Ultima HM
2) Titan Hard/EX ...and with the echoness it isn't even done anymore.
3) Central Decks (SCoB Turn 3 /Turn 8) when someone gets hit with 4k or less damage while afflicted with Allagan field (it saves parties, but gosh the healers have stress afterward MANTRA MANTRA MANTRA)
4) When the team is going to win something anyway and the tank uses it because it looks cool

...it really does look cool

But meh, there aren't many situations where it would SAVE a party. Damage and healing level threes are so valuable in its place.

Collision from Gilgamesh apparently used Tank LB on Turn 13's TeraflareÂ and nabbed a World Second. It has its uses.
