A lot of networking is done from a mass EU RPers discord we created prior to the start of Stormblood. There's also a (albeit a little outdated...) list of FCs and linkshells on the website here though there are a fair few missing. Discord is probably your best bet, and there's a link in my signature!
If you add Aubineaux Caulaire or Leneric Greystone, I can also add you to one of the larger scale community linkshells that are floating about n.n Other silver stars include Dwassith Swanra, Ul'taer Deathwhisper, Rosalie Belmont, Tho'a Tchalla and Flynn Rosenberg.
