I use this website, it's never hurt my computer or anything and lets you try on different pieces. AS FAR AS I KNOW...it has all sets available right now, even level one things, and orders them pretty much by level. Almost. Or at least by their expansion grouping.

You're welcome! The only thing I forgot to mention is that some of the colors are not quite accurate and the details on the outfits are not always complete, but if does give you the basics at the very least so I've found it useful!
