Though we're not exactly a good-aligned company, I can invite you to look into The Obsidian Court. Xavieraux sounds like he might be able to fit in fairly well - One of the core values of the Court is to depose and punish the worst kinds of villains there are, and there are some occult themes when it comes to forbidden magic/the Void. We've also some IC ties to Ishgard in regards to characters who live or come from there, just in case you'd like to establish some connections there. Size-wise, we're still on the smaller side, but growing, and we've got some folks who like to run content regularly. If that's not your cup of tea, I would still be down for RP any time.
