It's just a server transfer. It is certainly more time efficient and cheaper than wasting the time trying to brute-force your way in after maintenance windows. In any case, Balmung is the place to be when it comes to RP- doubly so if that's what you're primarily after! In any case, welcome aboard FFXIV and best of luck on the hunt!  Kasi Nebuko
