Aside from the Novice Network ingame, you can try checking out here too for game related stuff. I'm sure there should be a page or two in the art of tanking. Heads up, the game also features a unique duty cater towards your role (Tank, dps, healing) so you can check that out for some more basics too.
And for lore stuff, maybe see if the Lore Discussion forums will help put you in the right direction, as well as the RP Discussion forums too.
