Having less taunts, less aoe abilities etc. Then it seems like Tanks get rewarded with later endgame dungeons as for a lot of the boss fights you just....well , tank. Meanwhile the DPS scurries all around, failing mechanics and causing the healer to run out of mana and causes the group to wipe lol
