I have a feeling I've missed out on some PVE stuff...

So in-between me getting my IRL schedule together (ie: my butt needs to crack down and start writing) I'm really interested in doing some...I guess it would be called 'old content'?  I've heard of Odin, Gilgamesh, Crystal Tower, Pharos Lighthouse-and I've got some time on me this weekend/next weekend, can anyone help a puzzled summoner out?  What have I missed? And yes I've my level 50 relic weapon too, I'm starting work on that.
