Oh actually my character wouldn't be assassinating anyone, but rather the victim of such. There's still a lot to flesh out, but I am looking to start a plot to have him restore his house so to speak. I love redemption stories, and it is between friends, but I wanted to make sure from a lore POV that the chance would be plausible.
