I believe it's set up so anyone with a network-enabled BD player can copy the music to their PC across a network, so both the PS3 and PS4 should work as well as any standalone player with network updating. I can test the Before The Fall disc on my console later if you'd like since I cannot remember whether the instructions were actually in English.
