Oh, there'd be plenty to make Kell snap. He's a highly unstable individual who's obsession with masks is not entirely his (remnants of his people that has awakened within him), and who often goes back to his roots in his outfits as a sort of a way to unconsciously go back home. His home is Eorzea now, but he doesn't want to forget where he's from.
The problem, of course, lies in the fact that his home is currentl blockaded by the Garlean empire, and that his people's customs will undoubtedly die out from such contact.
So if he heard, say, that the inhabitants of Toegisil were wiped out, he'd certainly not take it well. Enough to lead a one man crusade to exterminate any and all Garlean citizen without trial. Any means necessary, to boot.
It's not the only thing but I don't think the other things would actually happen. They're unfleshed out and I may end up dropping them.
