I know one of the concept artists who was largely responsible for most of the character designs. It was his biggest game he ever had the opportunity to work on and he's pretty sad that it's being shut down only after a few months. I never tried it, though it looked very interesting, I guess. It was definitely a new take on MMOs, using a GTAIV sort of world, most MMOs are fantasy-based from my experience.
