If you're not using a program to save your screenshots, you'll then need to open something like photoshop, GIMP or Paint, and paste (ctrl+v) the picture into it. Alternately, you can download FRAPS (it has a small, free version) and tell it to save all your screenshots to a certain folder, and save yourself a lot of annoying trouble.
