Yeah... that whole thing makes me wonder if I should make a trip to Wal-Mart tonight and cross my fingers they have a copy. Of course I COULD just be a responsible adult and wait until mine comes tomorrow. But what fun is that? 
As for the 8pm EST thing... I'm thinking that's basically midnight the 22nd in Japan.
Having such a staggered release could be a good or bad thing for us. We won't really no until tomorrow comes and all the NA players start registering copies.
