So, I've never really made one of those signature banner/picture things I see a lot of people have, and I want to try it out. Where is a good site I can visit to try out making those types of Signatures?

A lot of what's around for picture signatures consist of modified screenshots. They're fairly easy to make, but if you're not confident enough, check out the Artisan's House. Many people offer to make them for a small gil fee (please support your FF artists!).

I can only tell you how I learned to do it.

Basically, find a few tutorials on signature making, get your hands on a copy of Photoshop, and get to it. It's not as easy as it looks however if you want to create quality signatures, and you need alot of time and patience to learn it just like with anything else.
