message when they click start? For me, it shows none of the NA/EU servers..only JP's.

If you can see servers, you're getting further than I can get. I'm getting booted out of the first menu over and over.

Same here. I get Error 2002, something about losing connection with the lobby server.

I can log in but after about 30 sec. it says trouble with lobby and shuts down.

I can get to character creation but the NA/EU server list is empty.. xD

I was having the lobby issue too. Try again, it let me past just a moment ago - But now there's the whole.. No NA servers.

Well.. while we wait sit afk on the start screen and a secret video starts showing the end of the era.

Mhm, saame. But I don't think it's a crash. From reading their Twitter, they're trying to stem the flow. So they might just be outright blocking people and easing everyone on gradually so the server doesn't crash, and then no one can play.
Soo, either keep trying, or be patient and try again in ten minutes...

Yeah, I'm with Koyu on this one. But the most recent post on their launcher's news says that they are severely limiting log-ins to avoid an All-world crash....

But this lack of server list is indeed a problem.

It's not logging in that's hard, though. Well.
It is for some. If you can't clik the 'start' button, that's a log in issue.
The fact that the NA/EU server list isn't loading isn't a log in issue, I wouldn't think.

Well I did have the problem of the game not recognising my mouse to distract me for five minutes, but thanks to Guns of Icarus having the same problem last week, I quickly realised it was detecting my controller and quickly fixed the issue.
Now I just have to wait to login...

I'm getting it as well (no NA/EU servers) apparently logging in/out works but I'm afraid I'll get 2002 error if I do and I just want to secure my name

I found a solution to the lobby error and managed to get into Balmung!
