From Free Trial to Collections Edition - Heart Quintessence - 03-14-2015
So I am just checking with people before I go and do this because of the horror stories about SEÂ Customer Service.
 I have 4 days left on my Free Trial.
I want to upgrade to the CE edition/Regular Service (i.e buy the 45.00 CE edition), can I do this from Mogstation, or do I need to go to the SE store and buy it.
Does anyone know, please and thank you!

Try both? All you need is the product key, put that in to the Mog Station and you're gold.

If I remember correctly I was able to upgrade to collectors digital edition on the mogstation fine.
Since it is kogstation I assume PC so make sure you get PC

I think I bought mine through the SE store. They send you a key/put it in your account info and then you just plug it into your mogstation.

No worries, I was able to do it all through Mogstation and it worked really well.

Whew, I'm glad you bought it through the Mogstation. People I know from 1.0 who bought the CE from the store wound up having two separate accounts. They had to contact SE to shut the new account down and transfer the CE status to their original account.

I realized I could by it through Mogstation and made it that way, it was the most sensical thing. (since I had seen SO MANY horror stories.).
I was like I am just going to see if I can do it through Mogstation ( also I had an account because I played XI back in the day.
