I was trying to keep track of everyone I knew was Sultansworn or Paladin. Here's the list of those I know roleplay as one or the other:

Free Paladins:
Warren Castille
Gharen Wolfsong
Sarial Hawke
Bartolomeo Filangieri (recently left the Sworn)
Thaarus Vithula(sp)?
Aldyet Lannis? (don't know her very well IC, not sure where she stands)
Roen Deneith (still deciding on returning)
Sizha'to Chalahko (per Melkire)

Sizha'to Chalahko is a free paladin, add him to the list.
Aldyet technically counts as such, but left the 'sworn and Ul'dah to "pursue the mercenary lifestyle".
Free paladin population is actually quite large, they're just not all on RPC, and many of those who are on RPC aren't necessarily active here. Also, given the job description of free paladin versus Sultansworn, many of the former are not to be found in Thanalan; they could be RPing in the Shroud or La Noscea or Coerthas or Mor Dhona and many of us would never know.
So yeah. Good luck on getting more free paladins to join in on a photo opp.

Hall of Rule with the Captain in the photo. AF is needed unless you're in training and simply don't have it. Also in training Sworn are more then welcome. This is a class photo lol.
