My favorite is definitely Limsa.

It really is beautiful and it has PIRATES!
However organized mafia-type crime fits a lot more a vigilante concept than a bunch of pirates fighting each other with the musketeer knights trying to keep the peace in between. Then again, it depends whether I go more batman or more zorro. >.>

I liked the opening sequence for Ul'dah the most it was the most epic and heart wrenching IMO
the opening for Gridania was by far the funniest
and Limsa Lominsa gave you that sense of what your were going to be facing at the end

I'm crossing my tail and praying to Azeyma that they add not just musketeer but a fencing class to the game as that is the direction I want to take Asytra into.

Limsa all the way. Of course, since the Open Beta is my first time playing I'm not as burned on it as those who were in the closed Beta XD

Haven't explored much of the cities yet but I have to say the Ul'dah intro is overall my favorite one. I also love the ''zone theme'' outside Ul'dah.

Ul'dah is my #1 most favorite of all the zones.
The fact that it's the easiest zone to find Bombs to kill (which drop fire shards and crystals by the scores) cements its position as the one I most definitely must start my main in.
