When are you generally in game and do you have access to get some of the materials? (You'll find that some can be bought with Grand company seals, which may be cheaper/easier to get).
If you're able to supply the cashmere fleece (or cashmere cloth if bought) and tawney latex (or terminus putty if bought), I likely have surplus of all other materials on hand and can make a set.
I'm a Pacific coast guy, and am usually on between about 5:30 - 10:30 PDT on weekdays. Today is a minor exception because I have to handle some IRL stuff at 6:30, which shouldn't take more than maybe 30 mminutes.
