So they're not loyal to Ishgard but they're still clearly used by them. Not exactly what I was going for when I made my character more of a heretic hunter loyal to the holy see but then maybe I can still make it work. If not, don't suppose anyone knows if Ishgard has something like a spy network in Eorzea so that they can hunt down and return heretics? I'll make it work regardless but you guys are helping me be lazy lol!
