Could we get some sort of indicator icon or something to mark 'recruitment closed' link shells?
I am getting highly discouraged in researching them and finding out they are not recruiting right now.

That's a good idea, if it's do-able!
Or maybe the person posting them can Edit the theme or title to say it's closed?
