I'm getting the exact same error. At first I was afraid that maybe something got corrupted, but... It was working just fine 10min ago. Now the launcher won't even display anything. :S

I can see the JP servers fine, but the NA/EU list is doing nothing. Not sure if i should reload and hope for the best or just wait D: Has anyone with this problem actually gotten in yet?

Queue wasn't too long yet and now in game everything works fine, don't experience any lag.
