Personally, it's the whole WhM/conjuring storyline that I found awesome.
I may be biased with everything that relates to Gridania though.

I liked the Conjury questline (when I wasn't tempted to murder the people involved).
The WHM questline from 30-50 was okay.
Was very bummed by the 50-60 questline. Was expecting more.
