I would say you have more than enough detail there. Possibly too much and it may prevent you adapting when you start to RP.
In terms of extra..
Have a think about Ryuji himself (great name btw), his feelings, what makes him happy/sad/angry, what his dreams are, how he engages with others stand-offish/fun/aloof.. and other personal traits. Often the flaws become the best features of a character.
I'd also bring out more the Japanese honor side because I suspect there is a lot in there that would overlay the situation he finds himself in. Then when he gets to these barbarian lands how does he feel about what was good about his own culture.
For myself I tend to have rough notes that lay things out (a bit like you have but not as detailed), then I flesh out things a bit before I play (enough to create a short bio) and then firm the rest up as it goes. I keep a note of things I lock in so that I'm consistent.
