Luralel was transfixed by the rambling reply of "Doc", as he wanted to be called, wondering just just how long it would go on. It was nice of him to try and be encouraging on some level though it was in quite a strange way.
Myra did a little better job of being encouraging, well at least in less words, though by the end of them she wasn't ready to dart out.
