Classified: The Night Blades are Recruiting - Mercurias - 12-19-2014 The Night Blades Free Company, currently based out of Limsa Lominsa, is now recruiting able-bodied, qualified applicants for the following positions: Research: Applicants will be performing extensive, in-depth analysis on texts pertinent to ancient cultures and their scientific and magical heritage which could be repurposed for the modern era. Specialists in ancient languages and histories preferred. Magical ability often a plus. Development: Working closely with the Research division, applicants in the Development team will apply the knowledge gained either from other sources or in-house experiments in order to invent new technologies or restore old ones. Experience in the fields of alchemy and magitek engineering a plus.  Combat: Experienced combatants, be they mages or weapons users. Applicants will safeguard members of the research and development teams in the field, as well as perform other tasks individually as situations merit. Applicants may possibly be assessed on the spot, so please come ready and able to show your mettle.  Acquistions: Specialists in acquiring ancient relics of power and brokering the sale of such relics to other interested parties may apply here. Requires a varied skill set. Operatives often normally work in other divisions unless otherwise needed. Experience in the field is a very strong plus. Unhealthy lack of fear of the unknown required. Medical: Healers, combat medics, and menders both mundane and magical. Must be willing to work with a team of fellow medical personnel and willing to put the health of the patient above and beyond ego. Must be able to perform under extreme stress. Military and surgical experience very strongly preferred. Believing many of these jobs are essential to the well-being of Eorzea, we choose to take them ourselves while using our funding in order to produce new advancements for our future.
