Can people just show up to mingle?  My kitty is a lightweight but I might bring him to it.  He needs experience with groups of people if he's ever going to overcome his shyness.

That's how Jancis shows up there. 

Clio always manages to have a group of people to cheer on (maybe even bet on) the competitors. The staff is always welcoming and helpful at all the different venues (it's also a great way to learn of different tavern houses!)

Also not every drink is as caustic, I mean potent, as the featured beverage. Angel

lul looks like jancis beat me to it, but yes you're more than welcome to just show up to watch! feel free to come in costume if you wish and as mentioned; there's usually a wide range of drinks and snacks :3

Sorry I didn't get to make it this time, either. ;( While waiting on my kiddo's dance class to start someone invited us to a Halloween party that night so of course my kid wanted to go. lol

If there's still openings and it's not too late, I'd like to sign Jaliqai up (since I would actually be able to make the competition finally)! If not, I might just come by to mingle anyway. :D

alright! so now that the holidays are over it's time to start up the contests again! current date for this month is friday, january 22nd. i've also decided to wave the entry fee, however as done so in the past; if people wish to donate to the prize the night of the event, they're still free to do so :3 part of why i'm tossing the entry fee out the window is this month we'll be hosting the shots game at the red wing's new military cantina! this will also be a semi permanent home for the shots game unless another group expresses interest in hosting then we'll hit the road again.

i'll check the thread for those that said they wanna be on the list for the next one and update soon but till then spread the word and deets are on the front page <3
