So I'm an old guy and just not understanding the point of Tumblr. Â I get character blogs, back in my day lots of people did Wordpress Blogs for their character and what not. Â So is Tumblr just a more picture/visual oriented way of keeping a blog nowadays?

More or less! For RPers, character blogs are usually where they post/share related aesthetics to their characters, stories they write, RP logs, art, and other things!
